Bengaluru's 1st Woman Cab Driver commits Suicide

Veertha Bharthi who shot to fame as the first woman cab driver of Bengaluru committed suicide at her flat on Monday night. She was found hanging from a ceiling fan in her residence at Nagashetty Halli.

Sources say, Veertha Bharthi has been in a live-in relationship with a transgender since a while. She is also working with an NGO which has been working for the upliftment of the LGBT Community.

People who were close to Veertha Bharthi revealed that the transgender with whom she has been in a relationship used to abuse her verbally and physically. They even observed the Cab Driver being in a depressed state since one week. However, A neighbour of Veertha Bharthi feels break-up mayn't be the sole reason for the extreme step.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to opt for a Cabinet Reshuffle in the first week of July. BJP President Amit Shah and Finance Minister Arun Jaitley met PM Yesterday to discuss about the changes to be made.

AP Government announced 25 percent concession to Senior Citizens travelling in RTC Buses. This offer will come into effect from July 1st this year.

Union Law Minister hits back at TRS

Union Law Minister DV Sadananda Gowda rubbished the allegations leveled by TRS Government against Centre over the delay in bifurcation of Hyderabad High Court. He clarified bifurcation of High Court is in the hands of CM and Chief Justice of that particular High Court.

Sadananda Gowda: 'Centre has nothing to do in this matter. If KCR stages a dharna for no reason, people are wise enough to judge it. Its not right on the part of CM or any other representation of TRS Government to blame Centre'.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is going to stage a dharna at Jantar Manta in New Delhi seeking bifurcation of Hyderabad High Court with immediate effect. This move came after Centre appointed Andhra-origin Judges in Telangana State.

TRS MP Kavitha accused Centre of being insensitive to the concerns expressed by Telangana Government over the issue. She sought PM Narendra Modi's intervention to sort out the issue. The Nizamabad MP warned KCR's protest in Delhi will attract international media coverage. She advised Union Government to settle the issue in an amicable manner to prevent any such development from happening.

Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar dares to say he ones paid bribe. He, however, mentions that incident took place 38-Years-Ago when he wasn't even a Legislator.

For obtaining a land document from district administration, Laxmikant Parsekar paid bribe to an employee. CM claims to have not kept track of how much he has paid then to the so-called official. Sadly, Mr.Laxmikant is yet to receive the document from the concerned department.

AP Cabinet approved Swiss Challenge Model for the development of new capital Amaravati.

On October 30th last year, Singapore consortium of Ascendas-Singbridge and Sembcorp Development Limited has come up with the proposal of Swiss Challenge to be the Master Developer of Amaravati. After several rounds of scrutiny, The Cabinet has given its nod for the Swiss Challenge Model.

Master Developer would develop 6.84 sq km of the seed capital area. AP Government was offered 42 stake by the Singapore Consortium. About 74.5 percent equity in the consortium belongs to Singapore Government.

Science Fiction or Love Story for Ram Charan?

It is more or less official that Ram Charan would be teaming up with Sukumar after wrapping up ‘Dhruva’ under Surender Reddy’s Direction. The million dollar question would be what kind of genre is being chosen for the project.

Until recently, There is buzz about Cherry giving his nod for a Science Fiction subject narrated by Sukumar and the tentative title could be ‘Formula X’. Even the budget of the movie is said to be the highest in Mega Powerstar’s career, some where around Rs 75 crore.

Mudragada finally calls off hunger strike!

The Kapu movement leader Mudragada Padmanabham along with his wife called off the indefinite hunger strike after the Andhra Pradesh Government bowed to all his demands.

Mudragada has been successful to release all the culprits caught in the Tuni rail accident case as it happened in the midst of the movement and nothing intentional.

Meanwhile, Mudragada made harsh comments that people who abused his family during this time should apologize and until then there would be no such celebration at his home. He said that his family have been tortured mentally which will not be spared.

Spotted: A Fish that resembles a Crocodile!

A Fisherman caught an Alligator Gar, which is actually a fish that resembles a Crocodile, during the fishing process at the Subhad Sarovar in Kolkata. This unusual fish is 3.5 feet long and its sharp teeth is scary to watch.

Experts fear such a fish could destroy the eco-system and bio-diversity as it is capable of killing any other fish.

Usually, Alligator Gars could be found in USA. There were even reports of their existence in Telugu States, AP & T. It is the largest among the seven species and have the history of even attacking human beings. Even this fish's eggs were poisonous.

NTR flouted Telugu Desam party in 1982. The Chaitanya Radham which he used for campaigning reached Eluru and that's when shooting of Murali Mohan's 'Pichi Panthulu' is happening here. Former Prime Minister late PV Narasimha Rao's grandson NV Subhash made sensational comments against AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi.

Earlier there were reports that Tamil actor Suriya will team up with Telugu director Trivikram Srinivas for a yet-untitled Telugu-Tamil bilingual. Reports added that the film will be produced by S. Radha Krishna under the Haarika & Hassine Creations banner and will go on the floors in July end.

In a shocking incident Pakistan's famous Qawwali singer Amjad Sabri was shot dead by an unidentifed person. He was attacked by a unidentified gunmen in Liaquatabad area of Karachi this afternoon. Sabri was on way to a private television channel's studio to take a part in a show . Sabri and one of his associate were in the car when the gunmen opened fire. The two were rushed to a hospital where Sabri succumbed to his injuries. Amjad Sabri was the son of Ghulam Sabri.
